Klaudiusz Sytek - Founder

Founder and President of the Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. Since early stages of his professional career associated with banking and finance markets. Held positions of Director of Factor and Managing Director at Getin Bank S.A. He was also a Managing Director at Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A., Member of the Management Board at Raiffeisen Financial Services Polska Sp. z o. o. and Leader of the Card Factor Project at Pekao Factoring. A graduate of the University of Economics in Poznań and postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Wrocław. He holds an MBA from the National Louis University.

With over 25 years of experience in Banking and Fintech in Poland, UK, Spain and CEE, Marcin joined in 2020 to co-head the AFORTI.BIZ project and hold the Executive Director position at EPMAP. Marcin’s prior experience was with i.a. NEO Capital Markets and Citibank.
